Switching to Virgin

It couldn't be easier to switch: you can normally keep the landline number you have now, and you don't need a MAC code. MAC stands for Migration Authorisation Code. You normally need to request this from your current broadband provider before you can switch to another provider, and it can take up to 5 days to get it. Because we've got cable, we don't need you to give us a MAC code, so it's one less thing for you to worry about.
