Broadband wherever you are
Get brilliant broadband, even if you're not in a cable area
We provide two types of broadband: ADSL and cable. ADSL broadband uses your phone line to deliver your broadband, and cable broadband uses fibre optic cable.
If you live outside a cable area, we can still offer you brilliant broadband. You can have it any way you want: wrapped up with a money-saving phone package, or on its own.
Our ADSL broadband is called Virgin Media National Broadband. As well as a great broadband deal, with Virgin Media National you'll always get the top speed we can deliver down your phone line, up to a super-speedy 20Mb.

The Legal Stuff
Connection & set-up: A one-off £30 connection & set-up charge applies to all new National Broadband activations.
Minimum term: All new connections are subject to a 12-month minimum term. If you cancel during the minimum contract period you will incur an early termination charge, and if you transfer to another provider without using a MAC you may also have to pay a disconnection fee.
Broadband speeds: Broadband connection speeds are dependent on a number of factors, such as the distance between your telephone exchange to your house and the line quality, so while your broadband speed can vary, Virgin Media National Broadband will always give you the maximum connection speed available based on these factors.
Acceptable Use Policy: Virgin Media National Broadband offers unlimited downloads, which is great if you like to download music and movies or just don't want to worry about monthly allowances or caps. However, you need to know that we operate an Acceptable Use Policy.
Free wireless kit: The free wireless kit is subject to availability and is only available to new broadband customers and those upgrading their broadband services. Only one wireless kit is available per customer.
PCguard: Security features not available to Mac users.
Price:The price you pay depends on whether you live in one of our "LLU unbundled" areas. If you do, as services cost us less in these areas, we can pass on these savings to you and offer you lower prices.
V Stuff:The number of free prints depends on your broadband tier. Back-up software not yet Mac-compatible. Free prints available for 12 months following activation of V Stuff. P+P for first 3 orders free of charge. Monthly print allowance cannot be carried over into next month. V Stuff terms and conditions apply.
