If you prefer not to pay by Direct Debit and/or want to receive a paper bill, the monthly price for your Virgin Phone line with these options is: Phone line and non-Direct Debit payment handling: £16.99; Phone line and paper bill: £13.24; Phone line, non-Direct Debit payment handling and paper bill: £18.24 (£19.49 with mobile broadband paper bill). Prices include a £5 payment handling charge payable to Virgin Media Payments Ltd and/or a paper bill charge of £1.25

SERVICES AVAILABLE IN VIRGIN MEDIA CABLED STREETS ONLY. Subject to network capacity, 12-month minimum term contract. If you cancel during the minimum contract period you will incur an early disconnection fee.

First 2 months free offer (triple bundles): Offer ends 31/08/10. Available to new customers (subject to status and credit checks). You will receive the first 2 months of your TV, broadband and call package free via credit applied to your bill . Only available when taking at least the following minimum bundle: TV size: M+, broadband size: L (up to 10Mb) and phone size: M (Talk Weekends) at £18, when you take a Virgin phone line at £11.99 per month. During the first 2 months you will be charged for phone line rental (£11.99 a month) plus any calls outside of your call package, on-demand purchases and service upgrades. Standard prices apply thereafter. If you choose the Talk Evenings & Weekends, Talk Unlimited, Talk International or Talk Mobile call package, the subscription charge for that call package applies for the first 2 months. Downgrading services in your bundle during the minimum period will attract a charge. Customers must retain a minimum of TV size:M+ for duration of contract. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Premium channels and package upgrades must be kept for at least 30 days. Premium TV Services are provided to you by Virgin Media Entertainment, the trading name of Future Entertainment SARL which is a subsidiary of Virgin Media Inc. You must subscribe to Sky Sports and/or Sky Movies in SD to take these channels in HD. Sky Sports 3 HD and Sky Sports 4 HD are not included; Sky Movies Classic, Sky Movies Premiere +1 not available in HD. £7 per set top box. Free repairs to set-top boxes excludes mistreatment.
