The Legal Stuff

Very Impressive Package: Services available in Virgin Media cabled streets only. Subject to network capacity. Minimum contract term applies. Available to new customers or existing customers taking an additional cable service (subject to status and credit checks). You must, at a minimum, take all the services that comprise your bundle for your minimum contract term. If you change any part of your package, other prices apply.

Broadband: Acceptable use policy applies. Minimum computer requirements apply.

Mobile: Sign up to our Very Impressive Package and take out a 12 or 18 month Virgin Mobile £40 Pay Monthly contract with any Virgin Mobile handset and get £60 worth of airtime vouchers (you must take out a new Pay Monthly contract or upgrade an existing Pay Monthly contract which is beyond its initial 12/18 month period). Offer valid when connecting to the Virgin Mobile network. Pay Monthly contract is subject to a UK credit check, you having no more than two current Direct Debit arrangements with Virgin Mobile, and the Pay Monthly service terms and conditions - see www.virginmobile.co.uk for more details. Delivery charge of £3.99 applies to phone and web orders - this will be refunded through your monthly bill within 90 days of delivery. If you terminate your Pay Monthly contract within the Virgin Mobile 28 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee period you must return your phone together with the £60 worth of airtime vouchers.
