How to get your £30 off
- Tell us your friend's name and email address (don't worry, we promise we'll only get in touch with them about Virgin Media services, and won't give their details to anyone else).
- We'll drop them an email about our services. There's even a space for you to write a personal message, so they'll know it's you who has recommended Virgin Media to them.
- Once they're set up and have paid their first bill with us, we'll get cracking on crediting both your accounts with £30. It might take a bit of time, but remember, you can connect as many friends as you like... that's a lot of £30 credits!
The Legal Stuff
Connect a Friend: To receive the Connect a Friend credit any existing Virgin Media customer other than a Virgin Media National PAYG dial-up customer must get an eligible friend to subscribe to any Virgin Media service (other than our up to 2Mb cable broadband-only service) (subject to status and credit checks). Eligible friends are: (a) friends who would be taking Virgin Media services for the first time; (b) friends who are existing Virgin Mobile customers with no other Virgin Media services. Former Virgin Media customers are not eligible friends. At the time of the recommendation, your friend must not have already been recommended by another Virgin Media customer. You and your friend will each receive a £30 credit applied to your respective Virgin Media accounts. Credits are applied once any money-back guarantee period has passed and each of you has paid your first month's bill. Credits will not be: (a) applied retrospectively; (b) used to reduce any outstanding charges owed by you/your friend to Virgin Media (the outstanding balance must be reduced before the credit will be applied); (c) applied to your/your friend's account or exchanged for cash if the agreement between you/your friend and Virgin Media is terminated for any reason. If you pass your friend's details to Virgin Media, you warrant that you have your friend's permission to do so. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
