To make sure you're computer is up to speed for 10Mb, you'll need to have an Ethernet Connection instead of a USB one. You may need to get a new modem to make the most of the speeds too. Find out more here.

If you're already a Broadband L customer your modem may require an upgrade. You can now view all cable modems currently on the Virgin Media network. From there you will easily be able to tell which modems we recommend for upgrade and which will be fine!
