Wherever you live, we're there
Depending on where you live, there are two ways to get Virgin Media services:
- By fibre optic cable (on cable)
- Down your BT phone line (National)
However you get our services, you can look forward to better service and a fairer deal
- If you're in a cable area, we deliver your service using fibre optic cable specifically designed to carry high speed internet, digital TV and phone.
- If you live in a National area, you enjoy a great range of services. We're your source for speedy broadband and a great value phone deal. Plus we'll be adding more new and exciting services in the near future.
Want to make any changes to your account?
You can do it online in My account. It's quick and easy, and you can view your e-bill, change your package, update your payment details, or change your password.
Get £30 off your bill!
Just tell your friends about Virgin Media, and when they sign up to our cable services, we'll knock £30 off your bill - and £30 off their first bill too!
It's easy to do, all you need to do is give us your friend's name and email address (we promise not to pass their details on to anyone else) and we'll sort out the rest.
