Our expert installation team will make every effort to do the following:
- Arrive on the agreed date at the agreed time
- Politely explain what they are doing and why it is necessary
- Help and guide you in the use of your new services
- Treat your home with respect and consideration
- Check where you'd like the cables to be run, both inside and outside your home and look for alternative routes for the cable to be taken through the house when the obvious route appears problematic - but only after a proper survey by our Installation Supervisor
