- Customers taking V+ will only pay a single set-up fee. Pricing applies to new customers taking TV for the first time or existing TV customers upgrading to V+. Customers taking VIP or VIP Complete get V+ set-up for free.
- Quickstart Self Install is not yet available in all areas. Cannot be taken for Phone only installs, installs that include V+ set-up, or if you wish to keep your telephone number from your previous provider.
- Premium QuickStart Self Install charge applies for install packs delivered between 7am and 9am, 8am and noon or noon and 5pm. Not yet available in all areas. Cannot be taken for Phone only installs and installs that require V+ set-up.
- Priority Install charge (£65) applies to Monday - Saturday appointments starting before 10am (excludes time to complete install).
