Step 1: Choose your new services

Plus, you can save £20 off your first bill when you choose one of our TV, broadband and phone bundles. Then pick whichever installation day suits you.
Step 2: Cancel your old services
Now that you've chosen your installation date, you can cancel your old services. All it takes is one simple phone call. You'll usually need to give 30 days notice. Have a look at your contract and see. That way, all your new services will be up and running before you say goodbye to the old ones. And you won't miss a moment's TV, broadband or phone call.

Then it's out with the old and in with the new! One of our experts will come round, install your services and leave everything ship shape - just as they found it. As soon as your services are installed, you can start watching Virgin TV, use your fabulous fibre optic broadband and make and take calls on your Virgin Phone. It's as quick as that!

SERVICES AVAILABLE IN VIRGIN MEDIA CABLED STREETS ONLY. Subject to network capacity, minimum term contract.
General: Installation charges apply (starting from £30 for standard install and, subject to availability, from £15 for Quickstart self-install). Payment may be required in advance. All prices include VAT. Prices quoted are for payment by Direct Debit and e-billing. If you pay by non-Direct Debit methods you will incur a monthly £5 charge, payable to Virgin Media Payments, for payment handling services. £1 per month added for paper bills (£1.25 after 1 May 2009). These terms and conditions are in addition to and form part of our standard customer service contract.
28 day money back guarantee: Available to new customers and existing customers taking a new service. Call us within 28 days of service activation to cancel and we'll refund the 1st month's £25 charge and installation charge. You will only be charged for transactions (calls, texts, purchases, service upgrades) not included in the £25 package. Statutory rights not affected.
TV: Some of our channels may vary depending on which area you live. Once purchased, all chargeable on demand content must be viewed in 24 hours. Premium channels or package upgrades, once ordered, must be kept for a minimum of 30 days. V+ must be kept for your minimum contract term.
Broadband: Acceptable Use Policy applies. Minimum computer requirements apply. Speed of internet connection assumes components working at optimum speed and capacity. Subscription charges for Broadband Size: M are applied in full each month and cannot be pro-rated in the event of cancellation part way through a month.
The £20 online credit is applied to online purchases of three cable services together (i.e. broadband, TV and phone) on a 12 month contract.
