* Please note that the first 60 minutes of direct-dialled voice calls to geographical local and national phone numbers beginning with 01 and 02 are included in your monthly subscription for Bundled Broadband. Subsequent minutes will be charged at 3 pence per minute, so make sure you hang up before the 60th minute and redial to avoid any charges. Non-geographical numbers such as 0845 and 0870 are not part of the monthly subscription and a 6p connection fee applies to all calls outside those included in your monthly subscription.
** We'll make sure that you receive the highest broadband speed your phone line can handle, however the actual speed you receive can be affected by factors such as phone line quality or distance from your local exchange. This means you could actually receive up to 4 Mb, 5 Mb or 6 Mb - basically anything up to 8 Mb.
*** PCguard online protection for your PC includes Firewall, Anti-Virus, Pop-Up Blocker and Privacy Manager features. PCguard Total includes PCguard features as well as extra Anti-Spyware, Identify Theft Protection and Parental Control features.
