How do I get PCguard?
PCguard is available to all Virgin Media broadband customers with a PC◊. Simply order one of our broadband services - Broadband Size: M, L or XL to get our PCguard protection - it comes included as part of your Broadband setup. If you wish to get PCguard Total you should consider Broadband L or XL as it is included. Or you can purchase it with Broadband Size: M for £3 per month†.
What do I need?
You only need your PC◊ - no extra equipment is needed for PCguard. You simply need to be a Virgin Media broadband customer.
Please note: PCguard is fully compatible with Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows XP - 32-bit, Windows 2000 operating systems and should not be installed on any other operating systems, including Macs, Windows Me, Windows 98, Windows XP 64-bit, or Windows Vista 64-bit.
