The Legal Stuff
- VAT reduction: Following the reduction in VAT, we've been changing the way some of our services are charged. This means that, from 1st December, calls from your Virgin Media landline have been charged at the reduced VAT rate of 15% (instead of 17.5%). How we calculate the cost of the rest of your services is a bit different. On services where VAT applies, we'll calculate the cost using the 17.5% VAT rate and we will then credit back the difference in the following month's bill. So you'll never be out of pocket. The credit will be in the 'Refunds and Adjustments' section of your bill and will be called 'VAT credit'.
- Cable services are available in Virgin Media cabled streets only, subject to network capacity. Unless you are told otherwise by us, 12 month minimum term contract applies. Further terms and conditions apply. Prices quoted are for payment by Direct Debit and e-billing. If you pay by non-Direct Debit methods you will incur a monthly £5 charge, payable to Virgin Media Payments, for payment handling services. £1 per month added for paper bills (£1.25 after 1 May 2009).

Free Digital TV (Size: M)
Available to new customers and existing non-telephone customers taking up a phone service (subject to status and credit checks). Offer comprises: Free digital TV Package and a phone package (Talk Weekends at a minimum). See website for channel line-up. Free digital TV (size: M) is included with your phone service and no additional charge will be made for this TV package as long as you remain a phone customer. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Installation charges apply.
Bundles
Available to new customers or existing customers taking an additional service (subject to status and credit checks). Unless you are told otherwise by us, you must take all services included in this package for at least 12 months. If you change any part of this package, standard prices apply. Very Impressive Package
Services available in Virgin Media cabled streets only. Subject to network capacity. Unless you are told otherwise by us, 12 month minimum term contract. Available to new customers or existing customers taking an additional service (subject to status and credit checks). Premium TV services are provided by Virgin Media Entertainment (a division of Future Entertainment SARL).You must, unless you are told otherwise by us, take the services included in your package for at least 12 months. If you change any part of your package, other prices apply. Installation charges apply.

Virgin Phone
Installation charges apply.Talk Anywhere 200, 400 & 800
No charges are made for the first 200, 400 and 800 minutes of any direct-dialled calls (this includes UK landlines and mobiles, international landlines and mobiles, and 3rd party dial-up ISPs). Usage is rounded up to the nearest minute and is accumulated over each billing month. Free calls (including 0800, emergency services and Customer Services on 150) don't use up your usage allowance. Standard Phone Size: M (Talk Weekends) rates apply once the monthly call usage limit has been reached, except for UK landline calls at the weekend, which are charged at 4.4p per minute plus a 7.82p connection charge per call. Standard rates apply once the monthly call usage limit has been reached. Standard rates apply at all times for calls to UK numbers beginning 09, and international premium rate services, operator services, operator-connected calls and European, Thuraya, Iridium or Inmarsat mobile satellite services. Any unused minutes are carried forward for one month only. Talk Anywhere packages are for residential use only and we reserve the right to disconnect anyone who uses them for business purposes. You must keep your Talk Anywhere package for at least 30 days. Our fair usage policy applies. Customers making excessive calls to high cost destinations will be asked to moderate their usage. Failure to do so may result in those customers being moved to a different package, or their services being restricted or terminated. Zero-rated tariff applies to all lines on your account, and applies to the first hour of direct-dialled UK landline voice calls only (normally numbers beginning 01 or 02) starting within the weekend (all day Saturday and Sunday) period. You will be charged 4.4p per minute after that. There's no connection fee on zero-rated calls. Standard rates and connection fees apply to all other chargeable calls. Virgin Phone Size: XL (Talk Unlimited)
Subscription charges are applied in full each month and cannot be pro-rated if you terminate. Zero-rated tariff applies to the first hour of direct-dialled UK landline voice calls only – that's normally numbers beginning 01 or 02. You will be charged 4.4p per minute after that. Calls to international mobiles in the countries covered by the International Call Plan are included and have specific rates. All calls are subject to a 7.82p connection charge. We will provide you with a set-top box and remote control, which will be reclaimed if you cease to be a digital television customer for any reason. Additional monthly rental charges apply to any further set-top boxes you may wish to hire. Premium channels or package upgrades, once ordered, must be kept for a minimum of 30 days. Premium TV services are provided by Virgin Media Entertainment (a division of Future Entertainment SARL). Interactive services subject to availability. Installation charges apply.
Virgin TV on demand
Once purchased, all chargeable On Demand content must be viewed within 24 hours.V+ service
V+ must be kept for at least 12 months, unless you are told otherwise by us. In addition there is a £5 a month charge for TV Size: M and L. There is no monthly charge for TV size XL. If your V+ service is terminated, suspended or downgraded for any reason, or if we need to update or change your V+ equipment, you will not be able to access any recorded programmes.Installation charges apply.Virgin Broadband
