Calling Features
Virgin Phone offers a wide variety of great features to save you time, money and effort. Some of these features are free; some carry a small subscription charge.

To make things easier we've put everyone in colour zones, so you can make sure that the information in the Phone User Guide is right for your phone line. If you are a Virgin Phone customer, just call 1765 to find out what zone you're in - it's as easy as that!
Chargeable calling features
From Call Waiting to Quick Dial, we've got a range of fab features to help you get the most out of your phone. Getting set up is easy: just call our team free on 150 from your Virgin phone, or on 0845 454 1111* from any other phone.
Caller Display lets you see who's calling before you answer. It's priced at £2.00 a month. Our Anonymous Caller Rejection blocks calls from withheld numbers, and it's £2.50 a month.
Last Number Recall (1471) lets you know the last number that called you and allows you return the call. A charge sometimes applies for returning the call.1
All the features in the table below are £2.00 each a month - or for just £3.50 a month you can choose as many as you want!
