Phone security - Anonymous caller rejection
Anonymous Caller Rejection is a service that will reject callers who withhold their numbers, for example Telesales companies or malicious callers.
You will still receive calls from other networks that are unable to give out the caller's telephone numbers - such as calls from abroad, analogue mobile phones or payphones.
To order this service for only £2.50 a month call 150 for free from your Virgin Phone (or call 0845 454 1111 from a non-Virgin Phone). Once the service has been activated you can switch it on and off, at any time, by following the simple instructions in your Virgin Phone User Guide.
Important Note: You may wish to turn this calling feature off if you are expecting a call from a caller who you know withholds their number, for example from a hospital or taxi company.
Additional Virgin Phone Calling Features, such as Call Waiting and Call Divert, are also available to buy for a small fee. To order these please call 150 for free from your Virgin Phone (or call 0845 454 1111 from a non-Virgin Phone).
