If you prefer not to pay by Direct Debit and/or want to receive a paper bill, the monthly price for your Virgin Phone line with these options is: Phone line and non-Direct Debit payment handling: £16; Phone line and paper bill: £12.25; Phone line, non-Direct Debit payment handling and paper bill: £17.25 (£18.50 with mobile broadband paper bill). Prices include a £5 payment handling charge payable to Virgin Media Payments Ltd and/or a paper bill charge of £1.25.

General: Installation charges apply (starting from £35 for standard install and, subject to availability, from £15 for Quickstart self-install). Payment may be required in advance. All prices include VAT. Prices quoted are for payment by Direct Debit and e-billing. If you pay by non-Direct Debit methods you will incur a monthly £5 charge, payable to Virgin Media Payments, for payment handling services. £1 per month added for paper bills (£1.25 after 1 May 2009). These terms and conditions are in addition to and form part of our standard customer service contract.

Premium TV services are provided by Virgin Media Entertainment, the trading name of Future Entertainment S.à.r.l which is a subsidiary of Virgin Media Inc. Premium channels or package upgrades, once ordered, must be kept for a minimum of 30 days. (Excludes pay-per-night channels.)

V+HD £75 set-up fee offer: Set-Up fee is £75 with all TV packages for all new Virgin TV customers (subject to status and credit checks). Offer also available to existing Virgin TV size M, TV size M+ (Starter), TV size L and TV size XL customers when they keep their existing set-top box (at a cost of £5 a month) in addition to their new V+HD connection. Offer price of £75 only applies to first new V+HD box set-up. Second and subsequent V+HD box set-up charged at £150 per V+HD box. V+ subscription is included with TV size XL or £5 a month with TV size M, TV size M+ (Starter) and TV size L. Offer ends 31/03/10. Available while stocks last. Catch-up TV content available for 7 days after broadcast. Once purchased, all chargeable on demand content must be viewed in 24 hours.

Free repairs to set-top boxes excludes mistreatment.

Free installation offer: Free installation includes standard and Quickstart installation worth up to £35. This offer is available for online purchases that include cable broadband and phone services as part of a bundle including TV size M+, L or XL on a 12 month contract. The credit will be applied to your first monthly bill. Offer available to new customers only. As part of this offer, Priority install is reduced to £30 (normal price £65). Free installation offer does not include V+ set-up fee (Current V+ set-up fee offer is £75). Free installation offer ends 31st March 2010. Check out the Product terms and conditions. You will receive the first 2 months of your TV, broadband and call package free via credit applied to your bill . Only available when taking at least the following minimum bundle: TV size: M+, broadband size: L (up to 10Mb) and phone size: M (Talk Weekends) at £19.50, when you take a Virgin phone line at £11 per month. During the first 2 monthsyou will be charged for phone line rental (£11 a month) plus any calls outside of your call package, on-demand purchases and service upgrades. Standard prices apply thereafter. If you choose the Talk Evenings & Weekends, Talk Unlimited, Talk International or Talk Mobile call package, the subscription charge for that call package applies for the first 2 months.
