Step 1: From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to select .TV Choice On Demand. and press .OK..

Movies
Step 1: From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to select .Movies On Demand. and press .OK..

Catch Up TV
Step 1: From the Home screen, simply use the arrow buttons on your remote to scroll, select .Catch Up TV. and press .OK..

Music
Step 1: From the Home screen, simply use the arrow buttons on your remote to select .Music On Demand. and press .OK..
