Wireless router for XXL: Wireless router and adaptor are included your package. Equipment remains property of Virgin Media.

General: Installation charges apply (starting from £30 for standard install and, subject to availability, from £15 for Quickstart self-install). Payment may be required in advance. All prices include VAT. Prices quoted are for payment by Direct Debit and e-billing. If you pay by non-Direct Debit methods you will incur a monthly £5 charge, payable to Virgin Media Payments, for payment handling services. £1 per month added for paper bills (£1.25 after 1 May 2009). 28 day money back guarantee: Available to new customers and existing customers taking a new service. Call us within 28 days of service activation to cancel and we'll refund the 1st month's £25 charge and installation charge. You will only be charged for transactions (calls, texts, purchases, service upgrades) not included in the £25 package. Statutory rights not affected.

V+ £99 Offer: Available with all TV packages (usually £150). Available to all new Virgin TV customers (subject to status and credit checks). Offer also available to existing Virgin TV M, TV M+ and TV L customers. Existing TV XL customers are also eligible for this offer when they keep their existing set-top box (at a cost of £5 a month) in addition to their V+ connection. Offer price of £99 only applies to first V+ box only. Second and subsequent V+ boxes are charged at £150 per V+ box. V+ subscription included with TV XL; £5 a month with TV M, TV M+ (Starter) or TV L. Offer ends 31st July or sooner if stocks run out. Existing Virgin TV customers should call 0845 840 7777 to get this offer. (Calls cost 6p per min from a Virgin phone).

Free installation offer: Free installation includes standard and Quickstart installation worth up to £30. This offer is available for online purchases of three cable services together (i.e. broadband, TV and phone) on a 12 month contract. The credit will be applied to your first month's bill. Offer available to new customers only. If you opt to take Priority installation this will be reduced to £30 (normal price £60). V+ box £69 As part of this offer, if you add a V+ box to your order of three cable services together, your V+ installation will be reduced by £30 to £69 (current price for installation with V+ box is £99). Not available in conjunction with any other standard installation offers. Offer ends 30th July.
