28 day money back guarantee: Available to new customers and existing customers taking a new service. Call us within 28 days of service activation to cancel and we'll refund the 1st month's £25 charge and installation charge. You will receive the first 2 months of your TV, broadband and call package free via credit applied to your bill . During the first 2 months you will be charged for phone line rental (£11.99 a month) plus any calls outside of your call package, on-demand purchases and service upgrades. You must subscribe to Sky Sports and/or Sky Movies in SD to take these channels in HD. Sky Sports 3 HD and Sky Sports 4 HD are not included; Sky Movies Classic, Sky Movies Premiere +1 not available in HD. £7 per set top box.
